Patrick Willis

Patrick Willis is a highly experienced real estate advisor with an extensive history representing the interests of buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords. Although Patrick has been Miami-based throughout his career, his clients have engaged him to work across the country on their real estate needs. Closely attuned to capital markets and the economic factors that shape all aspects of commercial real estate, his expertise has led him to focus on industrial, office, and land asset classes. For close to a decade prior to joining Fairchild Partners in 2020, he exclusively represented the interests of corporate occupiers of commercial real estate. Experience acting as a tenant and buyer representative gave him a broad understanding of the ways large corporations in the U.S. and abroad manage their real estate portfolios. His background working with global firms, developing holistic real estate strategies, and his creative, entrepreneurial mindset have equipped Patrick extremely well to assist Fairchild’s growing roster of large corporate accounts. Patrick’s data-driven approach to advisory services helps clients of all sizes achieve the best possible results for their real estate requirements. He excels at developing approaches that allow customers to position their real estate as strategic assets. This is achieved by deeply analyzing each customer’s unique situation to understand their business drivers and, therefore, their location and facility needs. Patrick began his real estate career at Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to joining Fairchild Partners, Patrick was a vice president at Cresa Global. A resident of downtown Miami since 2014, and an avid skier, Patrick holds a bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in multimedia communications from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
