Patrick joined Atlantic in 2013 as a broker in the Jupiter office. Since that time, Patrick has executed on growth strategies for retailers and restaurants including Starbucks, TD Bank, Chili’s, National Vision, Miller’s Ale House, Smashburger, iPic Theaters and PDQ. He also represents several Florida landlords and developers in their ground up and project leasing efforts. Away from the office, Patrick enjoys playing golf, and spending time in the Bahamas and Florida Keys. Born and raised in Florida, Patrick received his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida, and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from the University of Florida. Patrick lives with his wife Lindsay and their son Mack in Jupiter, FL.
