Patrick Moore

Pat Moore, Principal, currently leads Land efforts at CityPlat compiling over 13 years of experience in real estate. Prior to co-founding CityPlat, Pat had developed and acquired numerous projects between North Carolina and Pennsylvania. In addition to real estate development, Moore has a background in architecture, student housing, civil engineering, and technology. Pat’s technology experience is centered around land development software in hopes to bridge the gap between data and real estate development. Vetted in Downtown Raleigh’s success, Pat’s professional experiences in land planning & development have involved him in numerous ground up development projects, adaptive reuse projects and many rezoning cases, Moore is consistently advocating for projects adding exponential value to the city and current residents. Pat holds a bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning graduating from the University of Pittsburgh. He has lived in Raleigh since 2015, active in both his faith and professional community. The organizations he is involved with include but are not limited to ULI – Triangle, Hillsborough Street Community Service Corporation, CBMC – Triangle, Bread of Life affiliated with Ship of Zion Church in East Raleigh, Raising Up Hope for Uganda (RUHU), Hope Community Church.
