Patrick Miller joined KLNB in 1986. He has spent 30 years developing an expertise in all facets of retail leasing, sales and consulting. His expertise includes servicing clients in retail site selection, market penetration strategies, tenant representation, landlord representation, investment sales, disposition programs, development project management, consulting, expert witness, appraisals and negotiations. Since joining KLNB, Patrick has consistently been one of the company’s top producers. Over Patrick’s career, he has completed over 11 million square feet of transactions, valuing over $1.5 billion. Selected Career Highlights In 1995, in recognition of his value to the firm, he was made Principal and now is a Senior Partner. Patrick is recognized by the Baltimore Business Journal consistently as a “Heavy Hitter” in its yearly commercial real estate broker survey. He was recognized by the greater Baltimore Board of Realtors for the largest and most unique transaction in 1991 for the assemblage of 10 properties and 30 leases in the central business district of Baltimore (one of the largest ever in Baltimore). Patrick’s highlighted accomplishments include 90 Chick-fil-A transactions, 30 McDonald’s transactions, 45 financial/bank transactions and 120 restaurant transactions. Professional Affiliations and Organizations Patrick is an active member in the International Council of Shopping Centers. Education Patrick is a graduate of the Boys Latin School in Baltimore, Maryland and a graduate of Boston University, School of Management and attended Denison University. Interests Include Patrick is a nationally ranked squash racquets player. He is competitive in squash, tennis, sailing, skiing and biking and active in Living Classrooms Foundation and Squash Wise.
