Patrick Metzger

Patrick Metzger is a part of JLL’s Northern California Industrial Division where his focus is on acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing of Industrial properties along the I-880 corridor and greater San Francisco Bay Area. He specializes in providing a high level of service to corporate occupiers as well as representing institutional and local owners and investors. Patrick and his team provide strategic solutions for site selection, financial analysis, and implementation of other consultative strategies. Patrick brings with him real-time working knowledge of the Bay Area’s Industrial marketplace and a solid track record of performance. Prior to joining JLL, Patrick was an analyst at CBRE. He is a California native from a 4th generation real estate family, and has been actively involved in real estate for more than 10+ years. Patrick is currently a member of the East Bay Brokers Association (EBBA) and a prominent leader in the Jesuit Bay Area Alumni Association.
