Patrick McGranahan

Patrick McGranahan is a member of the Industrial Services Division in Hawaii. He specializes in industrial landlord and tenant representation, representing clients in both lease and sales transactions. With a background in Economics, Patrick understands that real estate and space needs are one of the bigger business decisions a company evaluates, and his goal is to make that decision as easy as possible. From site selection to lease analysis and market data, Patrick focuses on his clients’ needs and their objectives. Prior to joining Colliers, Patrick worked as a Project Manager in San Francisco for a notable retail leasing agency and then as the Southern California regional manager for a nonprofit housing developer. His experiences equip him to better understand the details of transactions, the nuances of client management as well as the importance of market research and analysis. Patrick also owns and manages several personal investment properties, allowing him to provide an owner’s perspective to his clients.
