Patrick Long

Patrick assists clients in the acquisition and leasing of owner/user commercial and investment properties. Patrick also conducts research and market analysis, project management, and transaction coordination. He is focused on continual marketing and property promotion as well as client prospecting. Prior to joining Stevenson, Patrick enjoyed a top sales position at Kappa Studios, a Burbank post production facility. With this media knowledge, communication and background, Patrick is a unique member of the Stevenson staff allowing for increased level of service to this industry.
