Patrick Kyle

Patrick Kyle is a Property Manager at Wellington Management, Inc. Since joining the Wellington team in 2017, Pat has been managing and leasing six properties in Saint Paul, including the historic Bandana Square and Atrium Office Buildings on Energy Park Drive. Pat has spent many years in a variety of real estate roles, from apartment maintenance to residential remodeling to commercial property and construction management. Pat graduated from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, FL with a B.A. in Anthropology.
