Before embarking on his commercial real estate career, Patrick enjoyed a successful tenure as a professional baseball player with the Kansas City Royals organization, honing valuable skills such as teamwork, discipline, and resilience. These attributes have seamlessly transitioned into his real estate practice, allowing him to approach challenges with a competitive spirit and winning mentality. The teamwork and leadership skills he cultivated on the field directly translate into his ability to collaborate effectively with clients and industry professionals. Beyond his professional pursuits, Patrick is active with his community, currently working as a private baseball instructor. He is a graduate of Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Maryland.
