Patrick Hughes

Patrick Hughes is engaged in all aspects of SC Advisors’ real estate practice, including development, owner’s representation, and acquisitions and dispositions. His responsibilities range from planning and designing to leasing and sales, construction management, capital structuring, and financial analysis. Before joining SC Advisors, Patrick was responsible for the financial analysis, organization, and management of Demetree Global’s asset portfolio, including real estate holdings, private equity investments, and liquid holdings. Before his tenure at Demetree, Patrick was involved in all aspects of PCE’s investment banking practice, playing a key role in providing quantitative and analytical support for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial advisory services. Specifically, his involvement ranged from buy-side and sell-side engagements to recapitalizations, ESOPs, and general corporate advisory. Patrick began his career at CNLBank, where he eventually became the senior commercial loan underwriter for the Central Florida market. He provided credit analysis and portfolio management for small and middle-market companies in a variety of industries, including real estate, industrial, medical, and business services. Patrick graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master’s degree in International Business. He is also a licensed real estate sales associate in the state of Florida. He lives in Winter Park with his wife, Katie, and their two children.
