Patrick Hilton

Patrick Hilton is a native Mississippian and graduated Mississippi College with a Bachelor of Science. In 2011 he obtained his Mississippi Real Estate license. Patrick began his real estate career in residential renovation. His interests soon grew into residential neighborhood and apartment development. His transition to commercial real estate came about as a result of the purchase of a shopping center. “I purchased a distressed, nearly vacant 41,000 square foot retail center. Within 2 years I transformed it into a 100% leased investment. That is when I discovered my passion and talent for challenging properties.” As a result of that success, in 2015 Patrick turned all of his attention to commercial real estate and focused on retail leasing and sales. Currently living in Jackson, Patrick has a daughter who recently graduated from Millsaps College in Jackson. . In his spare time he enjoys scuba diving, traveling and weight lifting. Patrick is a great asset to the Lane-Harkins team. His excellent customer service is one of his best attributes.
