Patrick Hanrahan

Patrick Hanrahan serves as a Director in the Milwaukee office, Patrick focuses on the market’s industrial segment. His areas of specialty include client site selection, landlord and tenant representation, property valuation, along with sale transactions for both users and investors. He joined Newmark in 2019 following its acquisition of MLG Commercial. Prior to Newmark, Mr. Hanrahan had been an industrial broker with NAI MLG Commercial for approximately one year. He previously served as a broker intern for the industrial segment, responsible for assisting brokers in various areas of commercial real estate, such as property searches, site selection and property valuation. In the past 5 years, he leased over 1.4 million square feet of industrial space along with completing over $25 million of industrial sales transactions.
