Patrick Frease

Patrick Frease is a native of Canton, Ohio and joined TSCG in 2022. He attended the University of Cincinnati where he graduated in 2003 with a degree in Marketing and Real Estate. Following college Patrick worked for a local developer in Cincinnati, Ohio before joining Weingarten Realty Investors in 2005 in their Raleigh, NC regional office. Patrick has extensive knowledge in lease negotiations, landlord representation and joint venture relationships. Throughout his career at Weingarten Realty, Patrick was among the Top Producers on an annual basis. Patrick is an active member of ICSC, formally known as International Council of Shopping Centers, since 2003 and regularly participates in local, regional and national events.
