Patrick Fraley

Patrick Fraley handles leasing and sales responsibilities for IPC, since 2007. His expertise spans all facets of commercial leasing and sales, including landlord and tenant representation, marketing properties for lease and sale, canvassing and conducting marketing research and assisting investors in purchasing commercial properties. Patrick grew up in Naples and is very familiar with its commercial real estate environment. He is equally comfortable working with medical, office and retail properties. Patrick earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from nearby Florida Gulf Coast University. In 2016, Patrick earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, the leading indicator of expertise in commercial and investment real estate. He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the global trade association of the shopping center industry.
