As Vice President of Baum's Investment Sales Team, our mission is to serve as a trusted advisor and business partner for real estate investors across the country. With more than 13 years of experience in commercial real estate sales, I have been directly involved in completing more than $1.5 billion sales transactions. Since 2014, the Investment Sales Team has closed over 150 sales transactions in over 14 states, with a total value of over $470 million. My primary focus is originating, underwriting, and executing commercial property investment sales transactions for institutional investors, developers, family offices, and other national & international owners of commercial real estate located throughout the Midwest. With an emphasis on representing both sellers and buyers of mostly passive "net lease" investment properties, some recent transactions include the sale of properties with tenants such as: Walmart, Starbucks, Walgreens, McDonald's, 7-Eleven, Chase Bank, Chipotle, Verizon, Advance Auto Parts, Vitamin Shoppe, US Bank, Chili's Grill & Bar, AT&T, Dollar Tree, and ATI Physical Therapy, among others. Recent transactions Patrick has completed include Walgreens, Starbucks, Chase Bank, Advance Auto Parts, Chipotle, and Verizon Wireless, among others. Patrick graduated with honors from the University of Missouri, earning his bachelor’s degree with a triple emphasis in Finance, Real Estate, and Economics. He also interned with Jardine Lloyd Thompson in Dublin, Ireland. Patrick is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois and Missouri, and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute and Young Real Estate Professionals of Chicago. In his free time, Patrick enjoys playing hockey, tennis, golf and spending time with his family and friends.
