ABOUT

Patrick Doherty is a cofounder of Doherty Houston Industrial Group within Marcus & Millichap, and specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant industrial assets across the country. He joined the firm in 2012 and earned the company’s Pacesetter Award for his high standard of performance in his first year and is a member of the National Office and Industrial Properties Group (“NOIPG”) and Net Leased Properties Group (“NLPG”). In 2019, he was honored with Marcus & Millichap’s Sales Recognition Award. On each project, Patrick tailors his advisory approach to meet the needs of his national client base, which includes developers, institutions, REITS and private investors. Aside from assisting in the sale of these properties, he provides sound advice as his clients evaluate financing opportunities, lease renewal negotiations and estate planning options. Patrick graduated in 2012 from the University of Colorado, where he earned a degree in business administration with an emphasis in operations management. He is an Austin native who enjoys basketball, water sports and running.
