ABOUT

Patrick Cornejo was born and raised in Southern California. He attended California State University Long Beach and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Patrick has been working in the commercial/industrial real estate profession since 1988 specializing in commercial sales and leasing in the South Bay area. Over the course of 15 years Patrick achieved salesman of the year in 1992 with DLS Commercial Real Estate, whom he worked for between 1990 to 1993. From 1993 to 1998, Patrick had a number of successful years, despite the lagging real estate market. Highlights during this period include an 11-acre land acquisition by Home Depot, qualifying for the Presidents Club and closing the largest AIR cooperative investment transaction for 1998. In 1998 Patrick, with five other partners, formed GATEWAY BUSINESS PROPERTIES. Over the past two years, GATEWAY BUSINESS PROPERTIES has closed over $125 million in sales and leasing and have expanded the company to included two additional associates. Patrick is married with two children. He’s an avid participant in running, skiing, hiking, surfing and golf. He’s also a member of the American Industrial Real estate Association.
