Patrick Coates

Patrick Coates began his career in commercial real estate in 1991. A native Tulsan, he is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a Bachelors of Science in Journalism/Advertising. Coates received an appraisal license in Oklahoma in 1992. Coates has worked as a commercial real estate broker in Tulsa for such companies as Kennedy Wilson, Tooman Collins, KOLL and CB Richard Ellis, Inc., and Paradigm Realty Advisors. Coates earned a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2000, and earned his Oklahoma broker’s license in 2000. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors and the Oklahoma CCIM Chapter. He joined Kennedy-Wilson July 2000 as the marketing director for the Tulsa office and exclusive broker for TechRidge Office Park. Coates founded Coates Commercial Properties, LLC in 2005 and acts as its managing broker. Coates specializes in office leasing, tenant & landlord representation work, and is also active in industrial, retail, land and investment property brokerage services. Coates Commercial Properties, LLC represents office building, retail and industrial building listings in the Tulsa area. Coates has sold or leased over $200,000,000 in total property and lease deal value in his career.
