Patrick Brady

Patrick joined Savills after working as an executive for a boutique tenant representation firm in Chicago. With over ten years in the business, Patrick has structured more than 250 lease transactions nationally, aimed at minimizing occupancy expenses in lease renewals, relocations and build-to-suits. He has a diverse client portfolio ranging from 1,000 to 100,000 square feet, with clients from Chicago’s most well-known not-for-profits and associations, to the country’s largest financial services companies, to some of the fastest-growing tech firms. Prior to his career in brokerage, Patrick taught at Indiana University’s Kelley Business School in the fields of financial modeling and technological innovation. Through his experience and teaching, he has a strong understanding of the unique needs of fast growing companies, helping to better align such organizations with their business goals. Patrick holds the designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), a degree of professional attainment in the areas of investment analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and financial analysis for commercial real estate held by only 6% of all commercial real estate professionals. Patrick served as President to the Illinois CCIM Chapter and the CCIM Regional Vice President from 2015 – 2017. He sits on the Good Food Accelerator Associate Board and serves as a part-time chef at Chicago’s Breakthrough Homeless Shelters.
