Patrick Brady is an Executive Vice President for JLL working in both the Berwyn and Philadelphia offices. With over 16 years of experience in both tenant representation and agency leasing, Patrick uses his experience in both the City and Suburbs to optimize efficiency and functionality for tenants and provide owners with market expertise to maximize their return on investment.? ?Prior to JLL Patrick was a Principal and founding member of Avison Young’s Philadelphia office where he focused on both tenant and landlord representation along with acquisitions and dispositions of office properties in the Suburban Philadelphia market. He also was appointed to the “Young Guns Advisory Council” where he served with other members internationally helping to guide and develop future young leaders.
