Patricia Tesluk, CCIM, Vice President, has over 2 decades of experience in commercial real estate. Patricia is an active member of the CCIM Institute and served on many committees during the past 16 years, including Governance, Member Services, Designation, Networking Advisory, etc. Patricia served as the 2001 Indiana Chapter President. Patricia specializes in turning around troubled real estate assets. Her vertically integrated skills provide an excellent platform to deliver results, and her client roster includes Bank of America, Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of Boston and Manulife Financial. Patricia’s total involvement in the trilogy of services–management, marketing and disposition has produced outstanding results for her clients. Her triple-skill set produces long-term relationships with both landlords and tenants. Patricia identifies challenges, formulates solutions, and produces positive results. She is a licensed real estate broker in four states and formulates strategic visions for projects ranging in size from 160,000 to 750,000 square feet. Patricia is a consistent recipient of the Co Star Power Broker Award. Patricia directs the Corporate Retail Services division of Veritas Realty.
