Patricia Sullivan

Patricia Sullivan is a fourth generation Orlando native. A graduate of the University of Central Florida, she holds a degree in Industrial Psychology. She maintains both a Florida Real Estate license and CAM license (Community Association Management), and is a current candidate for CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member).<br /><br />Patricia started her career in Real Estate in 1997 while attending college and has focused on the commercial and investment sectors since 2004. She joined the Olde Town Brokers family of companies in 2007.<br /><br />Patricia specializes in the sale and leasing of office, multi-family, and mixed-use development. She also has extensive knowledge in the management and accounting of large multi-family properties, and office and residential community associations.<br /><br />In her spare time she enjoys traveling, going to the beach, and volunteering with animal rescue organizations.
