Patricia Daniel

Patricia Daniel joined Sabra Property Management, LLC, (SPM) in 2010 and currently oversees all of SPM’s Operations, Management and Asset Management. With over 20 years experience in Management, she has held many Leadership roles including 15 years in the Multifamily Real Estate industry. Patricia was responsible for Asset Management & Property Management for one of the largest Multifamily Real Estate portfolio’s in the Southeast, Bell Partners. She’s also held leadership roles with United Dominion and Milestone Management. Her strengths are in repositioning acquisitions, rehabs, as well as sales & market development training. Patricia is known throughout the industry for her strong leadership skills and troubleshooting expertise, especially in difficult markets. She is also a member of the Atlanta Apartment Association.
