Patricia oversees and assists with the successful execution of the leasing strategy and leasing across all markets and asset classes. Patricia directly manages the leasing of the company's industrial portfolio and build to suit projects in Alberta and British Columbia. Patricia works closely with our development partners on the overall leasing strategy of the developments and with local brokerage communities in every market. Patricia has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry working in various sectors of the market including mortgage underwriting, property management and industrial leasing. Patricia joined Hopewell in 2001.
