Pat Murphy

Pat Murphy leads Cushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta industrial team. With a career spanning more than 36 years, he is a market and industry leader with a lengthy, impressive track record in industrial project leasing, representing national/international companies and institutions. In the past three decades, he has consistently been a top producer among industrial listing agents in Atlanta and has been awarded America’s Achievement Award the past 3 years as one of Cushman & Wakefield’s top national producers. Since 2016, Murphy’s team has completed nearly 500 transactions totalling more than $810M in deal value. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he served as Senior Vice President of Industrial Project Leasing at CBRE and in similar capacities with the Trammell Crow Co. and Duke/Weeks Realty. Murphy serves as the president of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the nation’s largest commercial board, in 2024.
