Pat Geary

Prior to founding CEG Advisors, Pat was a top producing commercial real estate broker at a regional San Diego commercial real estate company, where he focused on investment sales and leasing of retail, industrial and office properties within the private capital market. Since 2006, Pat has closed over $200 million in total transaction consideration, consisting of over 1.5 million square feet and nearly 100 escrows. Pat’s brokerage experience has focused on advising family trusts, high net worth individuals and private equity funds to develop and implement comprehensive plans for their commercial real estate. He has handled complex multi-property exchanges, targeted investment requirements, dispositions of both multi-tenant and single-tenant investment properties, owner/user sales, sale-leasebacks, ground leased investments, bank-owned foreclosures and distressed situations in both equity and debt. As Pat is an active investor and a principal in commercial real estate investments, he can offer a unique perspective to his clients, drawing from first-hand experience in the marketplace. Pat graduated from San Diego State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. As co-founder of The Real Estate Society of SDSU, Pat continues his involvement as President of the SDSU Real Estate Alumni Group. Additionally, Pat is an active member of the San Diego Chapter of NAIOP, and serves as a Board Member of The College Area Business District.
