Pat Franklin

As part of Merritt’s leasing team for nearly 20 years, Pat contributes business development strategies, day-to-day tenant interaction and contract negotiation in many of the company’s projects, with a geographical focus on Merritt’s portfolio in northern and eastern Baltimore County and downtown Baltimore. Showing success in both communications and relationships, Pat has helped to build, strengthen and protect internal relationships with tenants and other external customers. Pat earned his BA in Journalism from Metropolitan State College in Denver and his MS in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University.
