Patrick Dunn has worked in commercial real estate brokerage, tenant representation and development since 2012. He started his career working for his family’s business, JE Dunn Construction, from 1998 to 2012 before veering off into commercial real estate. He's been at Parkway Real Estate since 2013 and has 8+ years in the industry. Some of Patrick’s larger wins at JE Dunn came in Business Development as he won Battle HS in the Columbia School District ($60mm), Independence Events Center/Arena ($65mm), Moberly Replacement HS ($25mm), Olathe School District ($50mm) and many other notable projects through his Business Development background.
