With 40 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Pat has developed a keen sense of what works. Pat holds a California Broker Real Estate License. No wonder she is consistently recognized as one of the top producers in the Bay area, which means she produces results. Some of her happy clients include Starbucks, UC Santa Cruz, Heritage Bank, the Superior Court of California, Santa Clara Bar Association and Divco West. Active on the Board of Association of Silicon Brokers as a Director for many many years since 2008. Committee member of ASVB Golf Board over 20 years! But while she works hard, she's still active in a variety of organizations. She is a Board Member of Association of Silicon Valley Brokers. She's a member of Woman in Commercial Real Estate and the March of Dimes Committee. And being a local product of San Jose State (BA Business Management), she's also a member of the Alumni Association.
