Parker Walter joined SRS in 2017 with more than four years of experience in retail, investment, and capital markets. Parker joined SRS to expand the National Net Lease Group’s platform in Newport Beach, CA. Parker previously gained experience in capital markets as a Director with Invescap, Inc. Parker analyzed commercial properties seeking bridge and permanent loans on behalf of a private fund for two years. Prior to Invescap, he spent three years with Luxottica Group (NYSE: LUX) and grew to be one of the company’s youngest and most successful managers operating in their Sunglass Hut division for three years. Within the past year, Parker has been responsible for analyzing net lease/multi-tenant opportunities and representing several portfolio sales.
