Parker Noble

Parker Noble serves as an Associate for Stream Houston’s office division representing institutional owners, private equity, asset management firms and local ownership groups across the city. His primary responsibilities include strategic marketing and leasing of office properties, analyzing trends in Houston’s office market, identifying and underwriting investment opportunities, and business development. Parker currently is involved in NAIOP’s Developing Leader Mentor Program. Prior to joining Stream, Parker was an intern at Coldwell Banker Commercial Capital Advisors in Lubbock, TX completing financial and market analysis on eight commercial real estate markets throughout Texas. In addition, Parker attended Texas Tech University where he graduated with both an M.S. in Finance and a B.B. and in Finance.
