Parker Kink is the Founder and Managing Principal of Kink Commercial. Parker is a third generation, licensed real estate professional who has been actively involved in many facets of the real estate industry. From residential and luxury to commercial and everything in between, Parker has more than a decade of experience under his belt. His love and appreciation for the real estate industry began when he was young. At an early age, he learned the formula to success while watching his parents build and grow a thriving real estate business. He found that by regarding each deal as more than a mere transaction, he could offer more value to his clients by putting extra emphasis on the service he provides and the relationships he builds. Upon graduating from The University of Texas with a degree in Economics, he eagerly accepted every opportunity to be mentored by the best in order to be the best. From underwriting, leasing and managing industrial distribution and flex properties under Gary Keller at Keller Capital, to evaluating investment opportunities and assisting a company of over 180 people relocate to The Woodlands from Long Beach, Parker’s hands-on experience and long-standing presence in the area has provided him an extensive network of connections and resources across Texas and beyond. Currently a CCIM or Certified Commercial Investment Member candidate, Parker felt now was the perfect opportunity to develop a company based on his values. Through Kink Commercial, he is eager to provide his clients the knowledge and tools necessary to develop successful investment strategies and help his clients make better informed decisions.
