Parker Frede joined New Regional Planning in 2019 and is currently a Leasing Associate working in the Greater Houston area. Parker has a vast amount of experience with Texas real estate after working as an intern for Kovak & Co and a Leasing Agent for GMH Capital Partners, both in College Station, the home of his alma mater. He also interned for Huntington Properties, Inc. a Houston-based firm working in investment sales, property management, leasing, tenant advisory, and development. Mr. Frede utilizes this wide array of knowledge to provide clients with well-informed and effective solutions so they can achieve the utmost value out of their transactions. Parker received his Bachelor of Science in City/Urban, Community, and Regional Planning from Texas A&M University in 2019.
