Park Carter
Park Carter holds a Texas Real Estate Salesperson License and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management. In addition to his role with SVEA Real Estate Group he serves as Vice President - Property Management with Fidelis Realty Partners where he is responsible for a portfolio of over ten million square feet of retail and office properties located in Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico and Tennessee. As a native Houstonian, Mr. Carter is very familiar with the ins-and-outs of the Houston Commercial Real Estate market. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of the Ozarks, he promptly returned to his hometown and began his career in real estate. In his free time, he can be found on the golf course or fishing with friends. He and his wife, Louise, have twin girls that keep them very busy!
