Paola joined Orlando Corporation in 2015 where she successfully established marketing and communication initiatives for Heartland Town Centre. Her passion for retail, in-depth knowledge of Orlando properties and experience and collaboration with Orlando’s seasoned leasing professionals assisted her transition into the Leasing Department in 2020. Over the years, Paola has obtained valuable experience working on deal negotiations, retail development strategies and asset management. While focused on leasing and cultivating long-term relationships with retail tenants, Paola continues to manage marketing initiatives for Orlando.
