Pam has been the property/leasing manager for Park Avenue of Wayzata for the past 32 years. She takes great pride in finding the right suite for new tenants and makes them feel welcome and appreciated throughout their tenancy. Her genuine commitment to quality management is responsible for impressive tenant retention and continued updating/remodeling of the commercial properties. Prior to coming to Park Avenue, she worked eight years at The Kerr Companies, a local commercial development company with hotels, condos and office buildings in MN, TX and NY. During the sale of these properties, she participated and facilitated in final negotiations with investors from many foreign countries.
