Pam Davis Guthrie: Owner/Broker In Charge: Seaside Realty Company I was raised in a real estate family that has been living and investing in the Myrtle Beach area since 1954 !! My Grandfather had a store and a gas pump (when gas prices were 29 CENTS a gallon) on Hwy. Business 17 in Myrtle Beach in the 1950's - The sign that hung in his place of business: "IF WE AIN'T GOT IT-YOU DON'T NEED IT !" (Loved that-still do.) Well my motto is: " LIFE IS GRAND... ON THE STRAND " I grew up in Myrtle Beach and have been a licensed Realtor® since 1982 in our family-owned real estate company. The previous Broker-in-Charge and Owner of Seaside Realty Company was Nancy Davis, who has had Alzheimer's for the past few years. We worked together as a GREAT MOTHER/DAUGHTER team since the 1980's and even though I miss doing business with her everyday, all that she has taught me is invaluable. She passed away in March of 2016. I am so proud of my Mother's leadership skills and her accomplishments since starting Seaside Realty Company in the early 1970's.... Nancy Davis was one of the first women involved in selling commercial properties along our Grand Strand.
