Paige Schiesser joined Mid-America Asset Management in 2012 after beginning her career in the commercial real estate industry in 2009. As a Vice President working within Mid-America’s retail portfolio, Paige is responsible for representing client’s interests in adding value to their assets by identifying and negotiating transactions with qualified tenants. Paige develops a strategic plan for each property by creating customized merchandising plans, consistent tracking of competitive projects in the trade area, and aggressively marketing available retail opportunities. Paige is able to implement deal specific analyses and develop feasible execution plans to support and advise clients on deal structure and negotiations from letter of intent through lease execution. Paige has extensive experience working in the greater Chicago area handling various project categories including lifestyle centers, power centers, ground up developments and traditional grocery anchored shopping centers. Specific trade areas Paige has completed transactions include but are not limited to Naperville/Aurora (Route 59 corridor), Orland Park (LaGrange Road corridor), Rockford (State Street corridor), Gurnee (Grand Avenue corridor) and Bloomingdale (Army Trail Road corridor). Throughout her work in each respective trade area, she has formed strong relationships with local, regional and national tenants. Paige graduated Cum Laude from Lake Forest College in Lake Forest, Illinois in 2008 where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. She is currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
