Paige Manuel serves as an Associate Broker with OakCrest Commercial Real Estate. Paige has over 28 years experience in and commercial, land and investment real estate brokerage. Paige has extensive experience in real estate sales, sales management, income producing investment properties, finance, tax-deferred exchanges, tax sheltering, advertising and marketing. Paige specializes in the sales and leasing of land, retail, industrial, office, medical, farms, estates, distribution warehousing properties and investment properties. Prior to his association with OakCrest Commercial, Paige was an Associate Broker with DAB Commercial Realty, Inc. for over 12 years. Past real estate brokerage clients have included Food Lion, McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Hardee’s, KFC, Arby’s, IHOP, Cracker Barrel, Ruby Tuesday, Golden Corral, Sheetz Convenience Stores, 7-Eleven, Costco, Holiday Inn, Wingate by Wyndham, Sleep Inn, Aloft Hotels, Candlewood Suites, Richmond American Homes, Dan Ryan Homes, Carquest Auto Parts, SportsPlex, Gander Mountain and Camping World. Previous to his real estate career, Paige was a commercial banking officer serving as a vice president for several Virginia banks. He was involved in management, marketing, credit analysis, loan administration and commercial lending. Paige is involved in the Frederick County government and several volunteer-based charitable and civic organizations. He is presently Chairman of the Board of the Shenandoah Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America and immediate past chairman of the board for the Salvation Army of Clarke, Frederick County and the City of Winchester. Paige currently serves as a board member of NW Works, Inc. and the Shenandoah University Athletic Association and actively involved in Top of Virginia Builders’ Association, Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival, Rotary International, National Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors, Blue Ridge Association of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Paige serves as a FrederickCounty, Virginia Commissioner serving as a Planning and Zoning Commissioner for the Shawnee District. Paige attended Virginia Commonwealth University where he graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing and Business Administration.
