I should probably retire, but why? I enjoy involvement in real estate more than golf, tennis, fishing, or rocking chairs, wine and TV and have traveled enough in business to satisfy that urge. I have touched practically every phase of the real estate business – at least the ones that interest me. Started in my 20’s founding a residential development company with an expansive sales force. Sold the company and moved to DC where I became involved in Brokerage of institutional quality commercial properties (sold large office buildings) plus managed the downtown DC office of a major Commercial Brokerage company. (Now it is CBRE) Then ran the Southeastern US for a national Office developer and duties also included financing all projects nationwide. This brought me to South Florida. I love it. I then retired from the national developer and reactivated a sleepy family-owned company where I now deal with properties and people I enjoy. I focus on completing the project and task rather than trying to flood the market with signs. If you have a real estate situation to address, I’ve probably been there. I’ve been around the block and love the neighborhood.
