Oliver Willman assists in leading Matthews’ third-party leasing and land disposition across Dallas-Fort Worth and the surrounding markets. From private capital to institutional clients, Oliver represents a wide assortment of property owners and property types, including neighborhood and grocery-anchored shopping centers, high-end single-tenant retail, commercial land and pad sites, and ground-up construction projects. Oliver utilizes Matthews™ technology, paired with his deep-rooted knowledge of trends in the market, to provide the highest level of service to all his clients. Oliver prides himself on forging long-lasting professional relationships based on trust and applying 110 percent to every transaction, making him an essential asset to all of the clients he works with. Leveraging his comprehensive knowledge and experience in the retail sector, Oliver guides his clients towards achieving and surpassing their investment goals, making him an essential asset to all of his clients. Prior to joining Matthews™, Oliver was an analyst at Vallas Realty Inc., where he learned the ins and outs of business and financial planning, giving him a better understanding of how tenants run and operate. Since joining Matthews™, Oliver has been directly involved in handling and negotiating over 100 lease and/or sales transactions totaling over 200,000 SF in space leased and roughly $35 million of total lease and sales volume.
