In 1994 ventured out and Formed Omega Real Estate Services LLC; Principal Broker/Owner with sole concentration on Real Estate Acquisitions; purchasing, operating, and then reselling them. Involved in many large scale renovations/redesign/reconstruction and improvements of Retail Centers. Lately venture in equity investment, multi-investor acquisitions roles with heavy on-the-ground presence to promote, reposition, restabilizing occupancy and cash flows.
