Having overseen projects totaling more than 350,000 SF of office, multi-family, and retail development, having sold over $250MM in investment properties, and having advised some of the nations most prominent developers over his 8 year career, he’s positioned our capital markets and investment team at the cutting edge of an ever changing industry. He is a graduate of UC San Diego and is a candidate for USC’s dual masters in real estate development and business administration. Besides being the reason PRP has any Style Points, Oliver makes surfing look easy, and as a resident, is a fixture in the Venice Canals community.
