Oliver Bateman

Oliver received his commercial real estate agent’s license in 2003. In the first four years of his career, Oliver sold more than $44 million in commercial real estate and was recognized by the Middle Georgia Association of Realtors as one of the “Top Five Agents” in Middle Georgia. Oliver received his broker’s license in 2006 and formed The Bateman Group in 2007. The Bateman Group sold over $18 million its inaugural year. Oliver C. Bateman, III is a life-long resident of Macon, Georgia. A graduate of First Presbyterian Day School and Abraham Baldwin Agriculture College, Oliver worked in forestry and land sales before pursuing a career in commercial real estate. The Bateman family has lived and farmed in Middle Georgia since the late 1800s and has always maintained a strong reputation for fairness, honesty, and integrity. No other commercial realtor has more ties to or a better knowledge of the Middle Georgia community. Oliver is a member of First Presbyterian Church of Macon. He serves on the Board of the Macon Rescue Mission and the Museum of Aviation's Robert L. Scott Memorial Golf Tournament. He is married to the former Sallie Spearman of Tifton, Georgia and has 2 children, one daughter and one son. In his spare time, Oliver enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
