Noel Aguirre specializes in the sale and leasing of Creative Office, Lifestyle Retail and Adaptive Reuse Projects in the Greater Long Beach and West Orange County markets. Mr. Aguirre has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, as well as, property/asset management and his value add approach and strong work ethic have established his exceptional reputation in the industry. In April 2010, Mr. Aguirre joined Lee & Associates as an Associate in the South Bay. His previous years were spent at the Blair Commercial Real Estate and Eddy Properties in Long Beach, California. Mr. Aguirre gained his first few years of experience in the industry at INCO Commercial. As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Candidate, Mr. Aguirre is working on his membership as a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. Upon completion, he would join an elite corps of more than 9,000 professionals who hold the CCIM designation across North America and more than 30 countries. Strategically located on the LA/Orange County line, Mr. Aguirre represents landlord/seller and tenant/buyer clients in the South Bay, greater Long Beach and West Orange County market places. Throughout his career, he has helped clients with a variety of real estate advisory services, from tenant representation, acquisition, disposition to re-positioning of real estate assets.
