He draws from his previous experience as a landlord agent to increase his client's leverage in the lease negotiation process. Today's market is ripe for very favorable tenant deals. In fact, the majority of landlords are willing to enter into early renewal negotiations two years prior to a lease expiration date. The softness in today's market has created a unique opportunity to renegotiate lease terms. Mr. Corkhill's experience and knowledge in this niche add significant value in these transactions. Mr. Corkhill received his bachelor's degree from North Carolina State University in Business Management and Economics.
