Noreen Mehdi

Noreen Mehdi is a member of the Advisory & Transaction Services-Occupier team of CBRE in Dallas, TX. The team delivers world-class, portfolio-wide advisory and transaction services exclusively to corporate occupiers, through the CBRE platform. Noreen is actively involved in the team’s business development efforts, transaction execution, and has oversight for several key client relationships. Entering her 16th year in the industry, Noreen joined CBRE in mid-2013, to further expand her presence in strategy and execution. Driven to meet clients’ stated goals, she leverages market expertise in concert with creative solutions predominantly concentrating on office product. She partners with colleagues who are proficient across all commercial real estate product types and service lines to address clients’ specific needs. Ms. Mehdi's broad experience advising clients on consolidations, expansion/contraction exercises, dispositions/buyouts, renewals, new-market due diligence, and underwriting brings complementary skills to benefit our clients, whether locally or across their portfolios. Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Mehdi worked with Stream Realty, Grubb & Ellis Company, and Younger Partners in their Agency Leasing divisions working on behalf of institutional and local landlords. When not in the office, Noreen spends a good amount of time cheering on / sideline coaching her kids and their teammates on and off the field – including coming up with bespoke nicknames.
