Nolan Collier

Nolan joined Southeast Centers in 2021 as a Regional Leasing Representative, responsible for a leasing portfolio of nearly one million square feet of grocery-anchored retail space. Nolan’s territory includes the Central Florida market, where Nolan has been a resident for more than 12 years. His familiarity and experience with this market has allowed Nolan to become an expert in the local commercial real estate field on behalf of his clients. Nolan’s real estate career includes time as a Senior Associate with Crossman & Company, a Leasing Representative with Kite Realty Group, and a Leasing Agent for Real Property Specialists. Nolan has extensive experience handling new leases, lease renewals, ground-up developments, and sales across various asset classes including retail power centers, upscale lifestyle centers, grocery anchored neighborhood centers, retail strip centers, and land parcels. Nolan attended the University of Central Florida, earning his undergraduate degree in Business Administration. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Florida and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
