Noel Escalona

Noel Escalona is both the principal and managing broker of Escalona Real Estate LLC. Escalona Real Estate was founded in 2014 for the purpose of providing real estate services to landlords and tenants. With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Escalona provides a exceptional knowledge of Chicagoland retail market to his clients. Prior to forming Escalona Real Estate, Noel worked for thirteen years as the Vice President of Leasing at The Shiner Group, a Chicagoland based commercial real estate company, where he was responsibilities included the leasing of 1,600,000 square feet retail portfolio, representing third party owners such as GE Capital and Morgan Stanley, assisting on the acquisition and entitlement of Shiner Shopping Center development and representing national/regional/local tenants. Noel's background also includes serving ten years as a Vice President Retail Leasing at Trammell Crow Company, a Dallas based commercial real estate organization. Mr. Escalona graduated from Loyola University of Chicago in 1990 with a BBA in Public Accounting and he is a Certified Public Accountant. He resides with his wife, Maggie and their children, Justin and Serena. In his spare time, Noel is an avid photographer, skier, and runner.
