Vertical Real Estate LLCMiami Beach, FL (305) 467-7718
ABOUT

Prior to joining Vertical Real Estate, Mr. Fox worked on tax and white-collar criminal cases at Black Srebnick Kornspan Stumpf. With his strong financial and accounting background, he is able to skillfully analyze and interpret complex financial data which helps him structure creative commercial deals for his clients. He has negotiated both national retail and restaurant deals representing both the landlord and tenant. In addition, he serves as the Vice-Chair of the Miami Beach Zoning Board of Adjustment, where he acts as the Real Estate Development Seat. This experience has given him a better understanding of the municipal issues that tenants and landlords face with the build-out of their spaces and how to efficiently resolve those issues. Since joining Vertical, Noah has participated in the successful representation of landlords by procuring some of the most important new restaurants in Miami and Miami Beach including Planta, Stubborn Seed, and Cvi.che 105 amongst others. In addition, he has also represented tenants in their expansion efforts. An example is CVI.CHE 105 whom he helped grow from a one-unit operator to currently having seven restaurants open or in their pipeline (including Aventura Mall, Dadeland Mall, South of Fifth, and West Avenue, Sawgrass Mills, and Coral Gables). Prior to law school, Mr. Fox graduated from Tulane University with honors, earning an undergraduate degree in Finance and a Master of Accounting degree.
